At our Wenzhou production facility, we manage cold rolling, straightening, mechanical polishing, inspection, marking and export packing. Bright annealing and project-based electropolishing are arranged under our quality control. Each order is produced against the confirmed drawing, standard and acceptance criteria.

Are you a stainless steel seamless tube manufacturer?
Yes. MORDERS COMPANY LIMITED operates its own production facility in Wenzhou, China. We manage cold rolling, straightening, mechanical polishing, inspection, marking and export packing. Bright annealing and project-based electropolishing are completed under our quality control.
What materials and sizes can you manufacture?
Our focused range is OD 6–204 mm in 304, 304L, 316 and 316L. Common sizes include 6×1, 8×1, 10×1, 12×1, 17×1, 19×1.5, 22.2×1.5, 25.4×1.5, 32×1.5, 38×1.5, 42×1.5, 50.8×1.5/1.6 and 54×1.5/1.6 mm.
Can you supply ASTM A269 and ASTM A270 seamless tubing?
Yes, subject to the confirmed material, dimensions, surface finish, testing and documentation requirements stated in the purchase specification.
Which surface finishes are available?
Bright annealed, mechanically polished internal/external surfaces and project-based electropolishing are available. The required Ra value and inspection method should be confirmed before production.
Can you supply custom bent stainless steel tubes?
Yes. Bent tubes, U-bends and multi-bend parts can be supplied through an approved specialist processing partner under MORDERS quality control. Please provide the tube specification, drawing, centerline radius, bend angle, leg lengths, quantity and inspection requirements.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please send material grade, OD × wall thickness × length, quantity by size, standard, surface or Ra requirement, application, inspection requirements and destination port.
